You can enter just one dog or a whole litter and although it would be nice if you were able to complete the whole form we appreciate that you will probably not manage to complete everything - just complete as much information as you can.

The data entry form is split over a few pages to make it easier for you.
The first page asks for your details so that we may contact you if there are any queries.
The second page asks for details of the pedigree.
On the remaining pages you will need to enter details of the dog or the litter you want added or ammended in the database.

You can move between pages by clicking on the buttons at the bottom of the form. When you have completed all the details click on the 'Finish' and then the 'Send' button -this sends the details to the database administrator for review. Once the details have been verified the entry is incorporated into the database and will be available for viewing on the next release of the database - this could be as little as a few days or as much as a few weeks depending on workload.
