Information Wanted For Breed Counil Health Coordinator, message from East Anglian Whippet Club Options

We have had a great response of over a hundred surveys and would like to
thank everyone who has participated. A health coordinator, Sarah Pirie, has been
appointed by the Breed Council and we have sent our results as well as all of the returned health surveys to her. She has asked us to send along this message that she now needs these issues to be accompanied by a written diagnosis from a vet to make them official. Sarah told us that this can be written by you and signed by the vet or it can be a printout
from the vet's records. The Breed Council health coordinator wants this also to be totally
anonymous and asks that you remove any names from the reports.
Also, it is important that you send these to a breed club health coordinator and
make sure that it only goes to one club as not to duplicate the report. The
Coordinators will then send them on to her.

Anyone who has participated in the EAWC survey who wants results from our
survey, please contact me at swhippet@btinternet.com and I will email them to
you.
